HOW TO:

Simply select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and then a second email notifying you when your order has been packed by the team and is ready to picked up.

PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Click & Collect is available from our Morningside, Brisbane Warehouse Mon-Friday during the hours of 9:00-3:00PM.

Orders placed before 12PM Mon-Friday will usually be ready for same day pick up.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to be picked up. Please DO NOT arrive unless you have received this notification as this means your order has NOT been packed.

NO WALK INS. We only offer click and collect for orders placed online. Please only come to our warehouse if you have an order ready for pickup.

Any orders uncollected after 7 days will automatically be cancelled and refunded.

Please note: We are located inside the Colmslie Corporate Park. There is currently old signage on the directory from the previous tenants but look for Unit 8 and our Bella Signage on the door. We have limited parking spaces on site but there is street parking out the front of the complex if there are no car parks available.
